Fireflies Integration — Meeting Transcription

Get full meeting transcripts inside Full Engage without lifting a finger. When Fireflies is connected, its notetaker bot joins your scheduled calls automatically, records the conversation, and sends the transcript back to Full Engage once processing is complete.

No special permissions needed on Google Meet or Teams — Fireflies handles recording independently. Full Engage receives the transcript via webhook and stores it directly in the corresponding client workspace as part of the meeting history.

Once there, transcripts become part of your AI co-pilot's context — meaning you can search, summarize, and extract action items from what was actually said, not just what you remembered to write down.
