During client setup, set the planned contact frequency: daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or no schedule. This becomes a baseline expectation that Full Engage tracks against your actual engagement activity.

When contact falls behind the defined cadence, it feeds directly into the Client Health Indicator and can trigger Proactive Alerts — so gaps are surfaced before they become a problem.
